Description
Grown at 1,700m by the São Pedro cooperative in Huambo province, this lot is 100% heirloom Arabica, shade-grown under native trees and hand-picked at peak ripeness. Washed and sun-dried on raised beds before a careful medium roast that lets the altitude shine through.
